I wanted to let you know that the pain in my neck and shoulders has been relieved to the point that it appears to be nonexistent now. So thank you! I have not noticed any discomfort in my left knee so the acupuncture and the oil treatment have effect. I am glad to see OHS has added another skilled professional to their staff. See ya in a couple of weeks.

i did the steam pot last night and it was amazing how much was “in there.” there’s still more i believe. and this morning, my liver area is much quieter. i believe you are a genius.

How are you doing? I hope well. I want to update you, as you requested, on my response to the treatment. Basically, I have been singing your praises :-) The pain in my shoulders, including the more severe pain in the left one, improved a lot or was absent for the first week. The pain in the left shoulder has crept back in, but is responsive to stretching and relaxing it. The pain and tingling/odd sensations still radiate down my left arm, though. The right side feels fine. I’ve been off the antihistamine since the Tuesday after our appointment and started the herbs on Saturday. The rash had started to come back, but it’s very minimal now. I have some on my elbows, but that’s all I can see/feel. When I worked out in the yard last Saturday from about 7-11AM, I developed a little bit of rash near my knees, but it went away after about 24 hours. In the past 1-2 years, I would have had the rash on my arms, shoulders and legs after getting that hot and sweaty, so it’s definitely an improvement. Okay, I hope that’s what you were looking for :-) I’ll see you at 1 PM on Monday!

hope everything is well with you. I can’t tell you how impressed I was after my first appointment. It was a wonderful experience for me. I wanted to be sure to send you an email to let you know how I’m doing. I’m happy to report that I’m feeling really great. I’m not symptom-free but I’m greatly improved. Some days are better than others but overall there’s been improvement. I’m still having some pain but the other symptoms are pretty mild. The supplements are going over really well. I haven’t had a bad reaction to them and they seem to make my eating much less painful.

Thanks so much for all of your help. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Just an update-
As odd as this may sound (?): sitting in a meeting room last Thursday (actually, a waiting room outside the magistrate’s courtrooms of the Durham County Judicial Building), amidst the complicated business of trying to assist a poor person facing a serious threat of loss of their housing, I felt my physical distress, which had plagued me minute to minute for the past 10 day period, suddenly lift, like a wet raincoat that I was taking off. All of sudden my jaw unclenched, my head stopped pounding, my heartbeat slowed, my spine relaxed, etc.

Remarkable! Thanks again for your role in that healing process.

Anyway, I am grateful that you have the fortitude and insight, in my experience, to encounter the healing opportunities of your patients like me at all levels at which they exist. That’s a gift! Right on! Have a good week, see ya in about 4 weeks

I wanted to let you know that we went for the level 2 ultrasound last Wed, when I was 18 weeks and one day by my LMP. The doctor said everything looks great and baby is measuring right on target! The ultrasound was amazing to watch; I can’t believe everything they can see on there, especially the four chambers of the heart. So I am feeling relieved that all looks good, and we decided to forgo an amnio based on that information. And we chose not to find out the baby’s sex, tempting as it was to ask! We’ll have to wait till Sept. 30 (or thereabouts; my due date) to find out that information.

Good Morning! Hope you had a good weekend. I wanted to let you know that I am still feeling lots of relief from my back/hip. I have probably smiled more this weekend, slept better, and just overall been happier this weekend than I have since August of last year. I am so grateful to you. I do still have some discomfort in that area and some in the rib area but what you did on Thursday has definitely given me some relief and I look forward to my appointment this Thursday.

Hello all,
I am pleased to announce for the first time in a year, I danced the whole night last night!!!!!!!!!! I have been doing acupuncture with a practitioner at Oriental Health Solutions and I fully attribute my ability to dance again to the wonderful work he has done to help me. Thank you so much! We have to keep this going! I can’t tell you how happy I am!

I do know one thing…..acupuncture works

Here are some photos of our daughter. She was born at 7:18 pm after a lightening-fast labor (too fast for the epidural!), weighs 7 pounds 1 oz, and measures 20 inches long. So far she enjoys sucking, sleeping, and the attention of visitors. We are all doing just fine, if a little shell-shocked. The labor was so fast that we forgot the camera, but here are a few photos from the phone!

Again, it was you to the rescue!! Is there anything you can’t do?

I’m grateful to you for the flu pack and your advice.
I do believe that I “sweated it out” on Monday by superheating my bedroom and bundling up. It was uncomfortable, but apparently effective.
I’m feeling fine today.

Thanks for getting back to me on that so quickly. My mom wanted to make sure that I passed along the good news - the results came back on my new tests for everything that you wanted me to get and everything was completely normal!!! What a relief, especially for my worrisome mom!

Wanted to let you know that the treatment yesterday seems to have worked well. The left breast drained completely on my next feeding and both breasts have been flowing well over the last 24 hours. I am staying calm and cool (well, as much as can be) and drinking tea! Really appreciate your help. If trouble crops up again, I’ll call for an appointment ASAP, and once I get settled into my job, I’ll schedule one just for upkeep.

The herbs have been very effective. I immediately felt my sinuses draining and my lungs cleaning out. I am definitely feeling almost 100%. Hard to separate the Vit B from the herbs so I am continuing with both. Thank you and see you in March.

Wanted to let you know that the area drained fully during my next feeding, after massaging the areas you indicated. Thanks again for the great advice. Hopefully, this was a one off thing. I even gave up coffee after my session! I’ll let you know if any problems crop up again so that I can get in for treatment. I’ll continue with the massage points. The problem was on the medial breast, and there is definitely a tender spot in between them where you indicated to massage.

I can’t be certain if the new herbs for my gallbladder are helping, but I can tell you I’ve only had minor discomfort - no pain - just once the past two weeks since I increased to a teaspoon twice daily. I have only a day or two left of the herbs. Could you make another batch? FYI - I saw my primary care physician about the gallbladder pain. She’s Chinese and she seemed to recognize the herb list you provided to me, or at least she had no concerns. She referred me to a surgeon for a second opinion and I have an appt. She speculated that perhaps the polyp was giving me pain, but no way to be certain. She acknowledged that my diet sounded excellent (thank you!).
Also, forgot to thank you for suggesting the combination of external solutions for my scalp line psoriasis. I continue to have problems as I have for years (it’s much worse with dry winter heat), but this does help!

The good news is, the twins are doing GREAT!! Ultrasound shows they weigh about 5 lbs 11 oz and 5 lbs 9 oz, excellent since the 36 wk mark is tomorrow. Plus, my cervix is tight as a drum and these twins have actually risen UP in the birth canal. My docs are amazed. I attribute it to my acupuncture visits, the OB’s can’t think of anything that would cause it. So, no chance of the twins coming out anytime soon unless my water breaks.

I had to let you know that whatever swelling was on the end of my legs they actually now look and feel like feet! I am thrilled to report that my swelling is almost gone! Absolutely due to the one acupuncture treatment and the herbs - so thanks a million!
