Licensure-Certifications
All OHS practitioners are duly licensed by the North Carolina State board:

One OHS practitioner is licensed by the Hawaii State board:

In order to be state licensed an Oriental medical practitioner has to be certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Certifications are available for Acupuncture (Dipl. Ac), Chinese Herbal Medicine (Dipl. CH), Asian Bodywork (Dipl. AB.), and Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM) which includes all of the above certifications:

Our massage therapist is duly licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage & Bodywork Therapy:

Some practitioners are certified by specialty boards. Currently, there is a specialty board for Acupuncture Orthopedics http://lernereducation.com/, and one for Oriental reproductive medicine (American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine) www.aborm.org.
